Description:Business Intelligence Analyst Our client has an immediate need for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst. The role of this individual will be to move applications from development to quality assurance to production. Responsibilities for this position will include: · Gathering and compiling requirements from the business community · Application development for creation of dashboards, scorecards and KPI’s · Preparation of test scripts and gap analysis. This is a direct-hire position with a manufacturing company in south-central Minnesota and is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing and forward-looking Information Services organization. This is a large, industry-leading company in a smaller town, so you get a great job in a friendly town with fine schools, without big city traffic, crime, or pollution. Salary range is $69,000-$73,000, depending on qualifications. Relocation assistance is available. Experience:Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, assessing and documenting business needs and creating technical specifications. Also required is a minimum of 3 years experience with SQL architecture, development of BI solutions using a third-party tool, and a thorough understanding of relational and multidimensional database design concepts.
