1. Market Data Developers.. not infrastructure support dealing with market data vendors, I need developers 200-300k
2. SQL, PERL, Shell scripting Application Support Engineers 100-150k
3. Trade support professionals that work DIRECTLY with traders on a day to day basis. 125-175k
People have started in these roles in the past and have become Traders, Unix Admins, Network Engineers, Studdly Duddly developers, Project Mangers, or even managers. Just like Timbuk3 Said.. the future is so bright.. you’re gonna need shades!
