The Siebel Technical Lead position is for an experienced, self motivated individual to provide technical expertise and guidance to technical teams and lead technical delivery for multiple Siebel projects. Lead Siebel development, configuration and integration efforts for multiple projects using Siebel platform.
o Working with business to clarify requirements
o Lead Siebel technical team to design and develop strategic solutions
o Lead Siebel Center of Excellence team
o Develop, identify and adhere to best practices for development
o Developing design documents for complex configuration
o Provide mentorship and guidance to the Development Team to improve overall quality of code and application development
o Conduct code reviews with the team to improve compliance with established best practices and coding standards
o Work with team members to ensure application designs are in line with best practices and are scalable, reliable, and that all designs optimize performance and usability.
o Coordinate work efforts across CRM functional areas (applications, interfaces, data warehouse, etc.)
o Integrate application support efforts with concurrent, parallel application development efforts
o Provide technical expertise to Siebel support team |
| Experience | : | Requires 7+ years experience in the IT industry
Requires 3+ years Project Management experience
Requires strong Siebel technical experience (4+ years)
Requires Siebel functional experience (4+ years)
Requires Strong Systems Life Cycle methodology experience
Recommend vendor management and offshore experience
Requires a comprehensive understanding of the major Siebel modules including Siebel 7.8 Financial Services, Call Center, Agent Portal, Healthcare & Insurance, and Healthcare Analytics.
Technical expertise should include Siebel Tools 7.8 / 8.0, CTI, EIM, E-scripting, Workflow, Assignment Manager, EAI integration and server administration.
Requires excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to manage communication with project or program stakeholders at all levels.
Requires strong leadership with the ability to inspire and coach employees to accomplish strategic goals and related tasks.
Requires strong problem solving and analytic skills to translate business problems into systems solutions.
