Job Responsibilities:
1) Lead from front, a team of developers
2) Interact with customers off or onsite as per requirement
3) Accept & keep challenging deadlines
4) Take ownership of the assignments given
5) Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
6) Have to analyze the system & functional requirement
document
8) Ability to handle complex application features, prepare
technical designs and write program specifications. Possess in-depth
technical and design expertise in ASP.NET with C#.NET
9) Strong understanding of OOP/OOA/OOD
10) Conduct reviews, analysis, and modification of
programming systems according to program specifications
11) Participate in requirements definition and translate
business specifications into user documentation and application features
12) Should work with Developers in building the system and
reviewing the deliverables
13) Prior experience in designing / developing product
components will be desirable |
| Experience | : | Candidates Profile:
* You should have experience in DOTNET Framework 1.1 & 2.0
* Strong understanding and hands on experience of ASP.NET, ADO.NET,
C#.NET Experience with maintaining MS SQL Server 2000/2005 objects and
handling performance issues
* Must have Knowledge of XML, XHTML, XMLHTTP
* Knowledge of w3c standard and web2.0 would be an added advantage
* Experience with Web Applications and Knowledge of OOPS, SEO would be
an added advantage.
* Excellent communication and good command of English language skills
required
* Commercial experience developing Web applications and working with
databases is required.
* Flexible, team player, willing to learn, taking responsibility.
* At least one live project experience in a team.
