EEOC / AAP | | Description | : | Support the applicable Functional Capabilities Boards (FCBs) by providing IT portfolio management suuport to the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process, in the binning, criteria development, analysis, selection, control, and evaluation processes applicable to the respective Domain IT portfolio systems, programs, and initiatives. Review strategic planning and guidance documents and Joint Concepts documents, developed by the DoD and the Joint Staff. These reviews shall include: the documents listed in the Specific Regularion or Guidance section; the Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR); the National Military Strategy (NMS); Strategic Planning Guidance (SPG); and other source(s) the government may determine worthy of review and relevant to thee respective IT portfolio.
Update and maintain, for currency and accuracy, the respective respository of the IT Domain portfolio investment programs held in the Information Technology Analysis and Management (ITAM) portfolio management and analysis software tool and all associated data for each system. They will rely on the following sources for IT systems, programs, and initiatives: the DOD IT Portfolio Repository (DITPR); the DOD Data Warehouse database; the DOD Matrix Mapping Tool (MMT); and the Selective and Native Programming Data Input System (SNAP-IT) and open source repositories.
Recommend revisions to the Joint Staff's Information Technology Analysis and Management (ITAM) portfolio management and analysis software tool to include recommended revisions to the Domain IT portfolio scoring criteria and associated risks. Design and provide applicable ITAM scorecards and investment maps to provide portfolio updates to domain owners and the IT Integrator. Perform Financial and Technical analysis to the applicable Functional Capabilities Board (FCBs) and provide portfolio management support to the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process, in the binning, criteria development, analysis, selection, control, and evaluation processes applicable to the respective Domain IT portfolio systems, programs, and initiatives. Analysis may require the collection of additional data from the Government systems and open sources that is not recorded and stored in the ITAM tool. Analysis must be thorough and will require individual to consider the impact on Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership and Education, personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) while generating recommendations.
Experience Required: Bachelors degree plus 1 years of related experience. Related experience with military operations can substitute for degree. Good people skills, communication (writing and presentation) skills, and the ability to work independently or as a group to accomplish assigned tasks.
