Educational Qualification: 10+2, Diploma, B.Sc, B.A or B.Com. Please exempt B.E / B.Tech graduates.
Skill: Enthusiastic & Proactive with Good Communication skills, Fluency in English, Hindi & Kannada.Good knowledge of Computer Hardware / & Internet. Willingness to work on field and in shifts.

Job Description:
1. Take full ownership of the call and need to ensure that both technical as well as non-technical issues are resolved / escalated to the concerned Department or personnel without any delay.
2. Should have a lot of initiative and enthusiasm while interacting with the customer.
3. Ensure they adhere to the process as defined by the Department.
