1) Consultant - individual contributors / team members, no/limited leadership on projects
2) Senior Consultant - leads a module / modules on a large implementation, responsible for the day to day activities of a team
3) Manager - leads all modules in a large, complex project, prefer global scope, has budget responsibility, exposure to sales, may have low sales targets
4) Senior Manager - leads multiple projects - has one or more project managers reporting to them, global experience, high sales goals of $1 - 3 million
