on/off road vehicles and harsh environments.
Assignment includes: controllers for engines, transmissions, hydraulics, motors, hybrid vehicles and
displays for the agriculture, construction and transportation industries.
Work closely with the customer to determine their needs, clarify requirements, and take projects from
concept, through design and testing, to completion.
Utilize and follow the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) to deliver quality software to our customers.
Daily activities could include: documenting system requirements, designing, developing, coding new or
existing systems, and testing code on a bench with hardware.
Experience with microcontroller peripherals and systems
Understanding of Real-Time Operating System concepts, task schedulers, and application development.
Thorough understanding of operation and use of compilers, linkers and locators.

Experience with communication protocols (e.g. J1939, ISO11783, TCP/IP, etc.).
Experience with communication networks (e.g. CAN, Ethernet, FlexRay, etc.).
Experience with graphics drawing and software packages.
2+ years experience with Windows CE and / or Board Support Packages for Win CE.
2+ years of experience in firmware (Embedded Software) development.
2+ years of experience in C or C++ programming language.
2+ years of experience with microcontrollers, ARMs, DSPs, and/or PSoCs.
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
Travel Required: 25%
