COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS ENGINEER (GIG), 419461: Assess sponsor’s need to
determine analysis required. Conducts necessary research, compiles data &
applies appropriate statistical, scientific or operations research methods of
analysis. Evaluates analytically & systematically, policy & issues interaction,
organization, planning & develops appropriate actions or recommendations.
COMPUTER SYSTEMS ANALYST (GIG), 419465: Assess sponsor’s needs to determine
analysis required.
Conducts necessary research, compiles data & applies appropriate statistical,
scientific or operations research methods of analysis. Identifies required tasks
& their interrelationships. Evaluates analytically & systematically, policy &
issues interactions, organization, planning & develops appropriate actions or
recommendations.
DATABASE MANAGER (GIG), 419463: Generates & implements data handling &
control procedures. Provides configuration control of data sets. Works directly
with data programmers to implement the appropriate data hierarchy &
relationships. Generates databases & statistical reports as required by the
sponsor.
IT PORTFOLIO MANAGER / SR. MILITARY DEFENSE ANALYST: PENTAGON: VITAL NEED FOR

OPS RESEARCH ANALYST (GIG), 419460: Assess sponsor’s need to determine
analysis required. Conducts necessary research, compiles data & applies
appropriate statistical, scientific or operations research methods of analysis.
Evaluates analytically & systematically, policy & issues interaction,
organization, planning & develops appropriate actions or recommendations.
PROGRAM MANAGER (GIG), 419454: Serves as the contractor’s contract manager &
shall be the individual authorized to interface with the Government Contracting
Officer (KO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), government
management personnel & customer agency representatives, including the Technical
Representative appointed for each task order. Responsible for formulating &
enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work
discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel & communicating polices,
purposes & goals of the organization to all subordinates.
SR. INFO. ANALYST - SME (GIG), 419467: Applies an enterprise wide set of
disciplines & processes for planning, analyzing, designing, constructing, &
implementing information engineering for complex systems operations. Develops
analytical & computational techniques & methodology for problem solutions.
Performs process & data modeling in support of systems planning & analysis
efforts, using manual & automated tools. Leads & coordinates the modification,
operation, testing, & training of satellite communications systems operations.

TECHNICAL WRITER (GIG), 419466: Researches, develops writes & implements
systems requirements & specifications in the formulation of
personnel/manpower/financial/training systems. Translates broad conceptual user
requirements into SDP system concepts. Plans, organizes, conducts & documents
requirement analysis studies. Prepares design specifications, development
schedules & resource requirements.
