Description:Estes Express Lines is currently seeking Inside Sales Representatives for our Corporate Office.

Job Summary:

·Partner with outside Account Managers in a specific territory/region to maximize business and profitable revenue by prospecting, qualifying, soliciting and managing assigned accounts to meet growth and profit goals
·Maintain communication with assigned customers/ territories via telephone
·Manage and utilize all information given regarding sales and marketing.
·Ensure monthly growth of revenue and bill count through diagnostic selling of Estes’ Family of Services
·Supply rates, coverage, tracing, etc. as requested by customer base.
·Schedule pickups when necessary
·Assist or refer customers to appropriate person/ department for problems such as OS&D, billing, claims, etc.
·Manage all computerized customer file records on Customer Resource Management including maintenance, updates, lead follow up, promptness of responses and retention of records
·Contact all A, B and C accounts at least on a monthly basis, actively prospect new accounts and attain and share competitive information
·Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications:

·Prior trucking industry or outside phone sales experience
·Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
·Strong verbal and written communication skills
·Ability to interact with others positively including both our internal and external customers
·Ability to set, pursue and attain achievable goals, regardless of obstacles or circumstances
·Ability to collaborate in a team environment
·Ability to quickly recover from adversity
·Must possess good organizational skills including ability to prioritize and complete tasks within given time frame
·Must have personal accountability including being self-directed in a fast-paced environment
·Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
