Financial Accountability
Meets and exceeds sales objectives for assigned accounts.
Develops and leads effective marketing and sales campaigns.
Conduct regular sales meetings with assigned sales team.
Assists with resolution of any commissions discrepancies as appropriate.
Focus on increasing revenue potential through creative sales strategies.
Customer Experience
Develops and maintains supportive relationships with existing accounts to meet sales objectives.
Develops effective working relationships with new accounts in order to meet sales objectives.
Focus on retaining customers by providing a positive selling experience and value add to the process.
Operational
Manage day to day team sales initiatives.
Tracks and reports results of sales activities and performance systematically through established reporting procedures.
Merchandise locations with all proper and timely promotional materials.
Assists with conflict resolution between sales team members and customers.
Implements regular program of customer visits on an established schedule using a tracking process to provide feedback to leadership. Supports trade shows or equivalent hosting events.
Develops program to focus on churn and customer satisfaction with a follow up program on customer complaints and disconnects.

| Experience | : | PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree or equivalent required, Bachlor's degree preferred.
5 or more years of outside/inside sales exp.
Experience working in the retail sporting goods industry is desirable.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail;
Computer proficiency (MS Office), ability to operate wireless equipment, photocopier and facsimile machine, printer and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment is essential.
The ability to work day, evening, weekends, holidays and occasional overtime. In addition, must have the ability to travel to multiple locations when required.
