We are looking for a talented individual who will provide administrative, customer service and office/facilities support for the downtown Seattle office.
Some Key Responsibilities include:
• Manage front desk operations: greet visitors; send, sort and distribute mail; receive packages.
• Prepare, organize and track vendor packages.
• Perform various administrative tasks (i.e. answering phones, scanning, filing, copying, scheduling, review billings and invoices).
• Maintain office supplies and printer cartridge inventory.
• Supply copy and fax machines with paper.
• Conference room upkeep.
• Place service calls etc.
• Work with building property management.
• Update and maintain the on-line phone list, office floor map and other related office and facilities forms.
• Perform some HR administrative tasks.
• Assist with various special projects as assigned.
Skills/Requirements/Qualifications:
• College-level degree and/or equivalent training, course work or practical experience a plus.
• Prior office and administrative experience.
• Excellent communication skills (including interpersonal, writing, good spelling, grammar, editing, and high-level proofing skills).
• The ability to diplomatically work with a variety of people.
• Be extremely versatile and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of high quality work in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated history of multi-tasking ability, analytic skills, problem solving skills, and a consistent record of on-time delivery.
• Good to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Visio a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs and have mobility to move about the office without aid.
• Be able to operate copier, fax, scanner, postage machine and other general office machines.
