Assists the Manager in establishing standards and procedures for managing the environment, database backup/recovery, auditing, compliance, etc. Performs production DBA support to Oracle 9i (Linux and Windows 2000) and Oracle 10g (Linux) databases. Performance tuning, optimization, capacity planning, etc. Database patches, upgrades, etc.

| Experience | : | At least 5 years of Oracle DBA experience including Oracle 9i/10g production support.
Must have experience working with multiple Oracle databases in excess of 50gb.
Experience with RMAN, tuning, backup/recovery, and RAC is required.
Capable of leading and mentoring a junior person.
Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) and Cognos 8 BI Suite is a plus.
Must have very good verbal communication skills.
Requires a positive "can-do" attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes.
Candidates MUST be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
