The Pega Implementation Architect is responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. Provides guidance to project teams developing Business Process Modeling and Business Rules Engine solutions using Pega that are aligned with the business vision and requirements.
Identified, documents and analyzes business and technology requirements and/or constraints which impact or influence any aspect of project goals/objectives
Provides technical insight and direction on project initiatives from Pega expertise perspective
Contrinbutes regular feedback from project activities toward refinement of the Enterprise Architecture Model and Enterprise Pega Framework
Defines and delivers cost-effective technical solutions to customers
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members

| Experience | : | Requires at least ten years experience with n-tier, database and client server design/development.
Requires at least three years experience using Pega PRPC application and at least one year experience with v5.x
Recommend experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML) Object Oriented applications.
Recommend experience with Microsoft .Net platform
Requires sound business aptitude; experience in financial or health insurance-related industry preferred.
Requires demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills to share and transfer own knowledge.
Requires demonstrated success in leading teams through the development process.
Requires adaptability to either lead project or work as individual contributor motivated by working in a team environment.
Requires excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Requires ability to effectively collaborate with the IT organization and with business clients.
Requires ability to successfully prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple tasks and assignments.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience; Pega certification preferred.
Requires knowledge of systems technology trends.
Requires desire for continued learning and advancement toward one or more job-centric industry certifications.
