People soft Functional HRMS:
Our client is seeking a People soft Functional HRMS Functional Consultant. Experience with HRMS (HR, Benefits and Payroll) Modules v 8.8 is a must. Fresher can also apply.
Brief Job description and Responsibilities:
This position will be a People Soft functional contact and catalyst for improvement, introduction of improved functions and methods. Responsible for business requirements, project planning, and collaboration with end users and technical resources to resolve complex system and business issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Provide functional expertise for People Soft HCM/HRMS Modules as appropriate for development and application support. Modules include core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.
*Produce detailed functional designs specifications to meet user requirements and I.T. development requirements.
*Develop and document functional requirements, process flows, test scripts and test plans.
*Execute testing and validation of changes to the system.
*Manage configuration (rules and table updates) workload.
*Identify areas of process improvement and coordinate implementation of changes.

Training Duration : Four weeks (people soft functional HRMS training and BOOT Camp process with grooming sessions and free guidance from mentor )
Class Description : Small class size with around 10 people free accommodation during Training
Class Objectives:
This class has the following general objectives:
• Students have a good understanding on how those 3 modules work functionally and how they fit in the business process of the client company to automatically and efficiently manage human resources.
• Students are able to move on further in both functional and technical areas independently.
• Students are able to take interviews confidently, and use the obtained knowledge to resolve business problems in client projects.
This class will focus on 3 major modules of People Soft HRMS System: HR Base Module, Base Benefit Module, and Benefit Administration module.
