The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute and finalize implementation projects according to plan. This includes engaging resources and ensuring quality control throughout projects.
Responsibilities:
o Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
o Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
o Manages daily operational aspects of a project, including client expectations and interaction.
o Reviews project deliverables that are prepared for clients.
o Ensures project documents and quality assurance procedures are properly maintained.
o Accurately forecasts revenues, bill rates and utilization.
o Manages project budgets.
o Identifies business development and sales opportunities within implementation projects.

| Experience | : | o Bachelor's degree in a related field.
o 5+ years of project management experience.
o Project Management certification is a plus.
o General understanding of application programming, database and system design.
o Understands internet, intranet, extranet and client/server architectures.
o Understands basic revenue models, P/L and cost to completion projections and is able to make decisions accordingly.
o Demonstrated leadership skills with customers and internal staff.
o Excellent communication, facilitation and team working skills.
o Ability to understand pricing models and billing procedures.
o Ability to deliver engaging, informative and well-organized presentations.
o Travel required (approximately 50%).
