Development and implementation of Quality Assurance Work Instructions, providing operating guidelines to all quality assurance employees that ensure adherence to quality systems requirements
Provides direction to investigation team leaders as to the proper method of identification of root cause
Coordinates and implements training programs as necessary to keep personnel updated in root cause identification
Responsible for coordinating the Quality Department complaint process function
Proactively work with individuals on deviations/corrective actions to ensure on time and adequate responses
Frequently and persistently follow up, face to face (meetings) with individuals to ensure progress on deviation/CAPA projects.
Warsaw Quality Management apprised of progress on deviation/CAPA projects
Accurately place product on hold due to complaints/notifications from Memphis
Provide current and accurate information to Warsaw Quality Management and Memphis Global Quality through the weekly Post Marketing meeting
Provide current and accurate information to Warsaw Quality Management and Memphis Global Quality through routine weekly and monthly data analysis reports. |
