| | Description | : | • This individual will report to the plant General Manager and the Regional Safety Director.
• Seeking an experienced individual to contribute to the group’s success ensuring regulatory compliance,
accident prevention and after injury management.
• This person will implement, execute, and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, track,
forecast, and manage local Safety Budget, and develop, implement, execute, and manage strategies to
prevent workplace injuries, property losses, and vehicle accidents.
• Individual must be self motivated individual with out going personality.
• Candidates must demonstrate solid employee relation experience being able to work directly with floor
personnel, display strong problem solving, and act as a change leader.
• The ability to document and present change management solution to executive management.
• Only candidates with a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of work experience in Health and Safety
discipline shall be considered with a preference in consumer packaged goods, distribution, manufacturing or transportation.
