Individuals with/without prior IT experience are given an opportunity to get trained on an advanced technology to increase their market value.

Candidates would be hired on a permanent basis after successful completion of the training program. Company would also sponsor H1B visa for those requiring one.
Trainings are available in Interwoven's Content Management, Oracle Applications (Financials), BizTalk, Data Warehouse Tools, etc. Training duration is usually 4-8 weeks. This is a free training program (reserved for our employees/prospective employees only). Free accommodation w/food allowance is provided for out-of-town individuals, during the training period. Trainees will be hired on a permanent basis upon successful completion of the training.
Candidates will be assigned to the Marketing Department on completing the training program successfully. The Marketing Manager assigned to the candidate would help with resume preparation, arranging client interview calls and taking overall care of placing the consultant on a job/project at the client site.
