| Experience | : | Essential Job Duties
* Work closely within an Agile environment with other engineers and Program Managers (Scrum Masters) to understand product requirements and validate the software solutions produced by the team.
* Effectively design and implement tests and test related tools.
* File bugs, pursue resolutions and subsequent regressions.
* Write test designs, test cases, and participate in code reviews.
* Own testing of key features and products.
* Interact with developers and understand product design.
* Collaborate with an effective team building tools and test automation that increase team output and product quality.
* Communicate effectively with others.
Required Skills, Education & Experience
* 2+ Years of experience as an SDET and/or developer.
* Experience testing/developing web services.
* Strong understanding of one of the following languages: C/C++, Java, or C# and XML (required).
* Ability and experience writing automated test cases using one of the languages listed above - strong white box tester.
* Strong ability to write effective test designs and test cases.
* Strong ability and desire to run manual test cases when required. Additional Skills Desired
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science a plus.
* Experience using UI Automation tools like WinRunner or Quick Test Pro.
* Experience with load testing using a tool like LoadRunner. (Ability to profile code.)
* Experience with .NET, AJAX, and MS SQL server technologies.
