We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Senior Associate to join us in our Montvale office. Responsibilities: • Provide advice at the highest technical level to project teams and client areas while assisting with the successful development and implementation of effective computer systems applications across multiple computing environment (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server) • Advise clients and Information Technology Services (ITS) management and staff throughout the project life cycle in the effort to assist and support the design, development and implementation of effective systems • Prepare and conduct desktop integration and functional testing of new or modified applications/systems • Analyze, design new or modified QA procedures and standards and assist in the development and implementation of QA metrics for assessing the quality of delivered application software • May modify automated testing systems for procedural or standard changes, as necessary • Participate in the review of new QA software and work with ITS staff and client areas in helping to resolve questions during the testing process • Work with client and ITS management and staff to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology • Perform related duties, as assigned or requested • Work autonomously on the technical phases of the QA, as well as, collaboratively • May act as QA lead, as necessary • May be involved in providing assistance and training to lower level analysts, as required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college/university • Experience with Mercury Tools-Quick Test Pro (QTP) and VBScript • Minimum of four years of experience in a systems quality environment, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience • Experience with automated testing tools and a broad knowledge of business modeling, process engineering, change management and test case generation techniques • Excellent analytical ability, judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and ITS management and staff Please include salary requirements within resume text KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
