| Contact | : | | | Description | : | The Web-based Application Tester is a contractor primarily responsible for a variety of QC (Quality Control) responsibilities. In order to maximize efficiency during this short timeframe, the analyst's primary duties will include Text Execution and Defect Management activities, rather than Test Planning, reporting, and general Test management, which would be handled by the on-site Quality Assurance Lead. At least (2) two years of experience testing web-based applications is required, as is SQL proficiency (viewing database, querying tables) and XML proficiency. A core understanding of Microsoft office applications is expected. Familiarity with Acord standards and a knowledge of MQSeries, Mime testing is useful, as is a proficiency in Event log monitoring.
