Summary
As eCommerce Web Designer, you must be energetic, analytical to expand our existing internet sales and develop new sales capabilities. You must have a real passion for finding opportunities, crafting solutions and making those solutions happen. You will work collaboratively with business units, designers, and IT to improve our service platforms. You also must be comfortable addressing complex business problems through structured analysis and using the results to drive top line growth.
Duties/Responsibilities
* Improve the usability of clients sales and quoting websites to increase revenue for the company
* Enhance the usability and design of clients online servicing platform to increase usage
* Work with IT, designers, and business units to develop user interface functionality
* Develop appropriate documentation (wire frames, mock ups, written specifications) to support communication between IT, the eCommerce group, and various business units
* Ensure the quality of all clients websites by working with our IT, Quality Assurance and other departments to ensure all projects are implemented correctly

| Experience | : | * 4+ years of relevant experience in web design and information architecture
* Proficiency in wireframe and/or graphics tools (such as Visio, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Dreamweaver)
* Proven success in website design
Major Pluses to have
* Insurance experience
* Experience with consumer websites and/or applications
* Experience with .NET/C#
* Experience with Agile methodologies |
